This is me… testing things out.
Taking bits from movies I’ve paused, views from treks I’ve been on, other people’s paintings I’ve admired (and re-painted), even people I know.
It’s not about “getting it right.”
It’s about messing around with gouache until it starts to feel like my voice.
Looking at shapes, colours, patterns… and then twisting them so they have more character.
One day, all of this will probably turn into my own picture book.
